Capsicum baccatum var.  Pendulum (Aji Amarillo)

Another of my favorite peppers.  This pepper is usually dried & powdered.  The powder is used in a variety of Bolivian and Peruvian dishes.

No special requirements when growing this pepper.  When mature, staking will probably be required to prevent branches from breaking under the load of peppers. Harvest when bright orange.  Use fresh or dry and powder.
